- Eating Disorders
- Self-harm
- Bereavement
- Mental Health around Social Media & Gaming
- Guilt & Shame CBT
My career has seen me in significant roles that have honed my understanding of organisational dynamics and individual needs. I have extensive project management experience and a proven track record of working directly with companies and organisations to implement impactful staff mental health and well-being strategies.
Beyond corporate settings, my time as a SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) in a large mainstream secondary school, combined with experience in various alternative and specialist provisions (including working with children excluded from school and those in secure foster care), has given me invaluable insights. This extensive experience with special educational needs and neurodivergence means I can appeal to and effectively support an even wider range of individuals and organisational contexts, understanding the unique cognitive and well-being considerations involved. I’ve worked with a huge range of organisations in both the education and corporate sectors, supporting SEN & Mental Health initiatives.
I’m also a published author with another book on the way!
A Glimpse into My World
Growing up in the deepest, darkest parts of Gloucestershire, I was fortunate to have what felt like an Enid Blyton childhood. My family tree was certainly extensive; I was probably related to most of the town, boasting at least 34 first cousins alone!
Currently, I’m on my second marriage (keeping my husband on his toes!) and I’m a proud mum to two wonderful (ginger) daughters, and a step-son.
When I’m not helping others enhance their cognition and empower their well-being, I have a rather fun alter ego: Mrs. Jones! You might occasionally find me performing around South Devon, singing the best Soul & Motown hits from the 60s and 70s. I’m also a member of a local cricket club, though my main role is usually sitting and watching current husband play, mostly hoping he doesn’t get injured!
This blend of professional rigor, real-world experience, and a genuine, relatable approach is what I bring to every client, ensuring that my advice is not just expert, but also practical and memorable.
