I provide a limited number of one-to-one coaching slots for individuals ready to cut through the noise. My approach is rooted in my deep experience with cognitive wellbeing and neurodiversity, but delivered with a straightforward, down-to-earth style that keeps the process engaging.

Working with me is about moving from “overwhelmed” to “I know where I’m going.” When we work together, you can expect to:

I’ve spent years working at the intersection of education, work, mental health, and neurodivergence. I understand the “why” behind our behaviours, but as a coach, my focus is on the “how”—how you can live more effectively, lead more authentically, and feel better while doing it.
