Staff CPD

Important Information re: UniqSkills (Forum Media Polska)

I am aware that Uniqskills is offering a video based CPD course, presented by me.  I did record this course a while ago for the now insolvent Forum Business Media company, and UniqSkills claim they have the rights to use this course as they are apparently Forum Media Polska Sp z.o.o.

I have registered my objections to them continuing to use this resource for a number of reasons, not least of which is that they do not have my explicit consent.  They maintain they have the right to do so.

The most important reason for my objection is that the information it contains is no longer current or up to date, and I have declined to update the course for them.

I wish to make it clear that I am in no way associated with or represented by UniqSkills/Forum Media Polska Sp z.o.o.

Thank you,

Sam
